Family: Wife and three kids
Live: In Norway
Job and hobby: Owner of ROARs GYM in Larvik. Most in his life is a question about bodybuilding, and he loves it!

Why I started UPBF?

First of all because I love bodybuilding and fitness, secondy because I wanted changes.
I like to help bodybuilders get more inn return for all the sweat and tears they lay down in the gym year after year.
I think more competitions and larger spreading of the prize money down to tenth place will be good.
But also helping the athletes to earn money on other things in this business, not “only” the minute on stage.



For promoters

We take no fee from you to get our help or to hold a UPBF competition.
We are her to help you get competitors and get everything going.



Who can compete in a UPBF contest?

All men an women from all over the world; if you are european champion, world champion or former european/world champ you can compete in UPBF competitions, if you are national champ (or former) you can apply to compete in UPBF (send picture and results) if you have been in the finals in any world or european competion, you can apply to be in UPBF competitions.


All IFBB pros, WABBA and NABBA pros can compete in UPBF contest.

For American athletes: all state champs and US champs are welcome to compete in UPBF from all federations.

All UPBF athletes can compete both as amateurs in their federations, and as UPBF pros. They can also compete in all other competitions and federations if they like to.

If UPBF wants to invite competitors who we think have special talent or quality into UPBF competitions, we do so without any hesitation, it is our goal to expand quickly, and to let as many quality athletes as possible to compete.



Who becomes a UPBF PRO and what advantages do they get?

Only the winner in a UPBF competition will get an offer about becoming UPBF PRO.

Advantages with getting a PRO card in UPBF are

- Getting all info about all UPBF competition that will happened first.
- Getting help with flight tickets, hotel and all things you have to considering entering a show, if you need so.
- You will get your own profile on www.UPBF-PRO.com where the fans can meet you. On your profile we can do many exciting things for you to promote your name, business and help you earn something from your bodybuilding life.
- A UPBF PRO will always get their first two nights at the hotel covered by the UPBF if not the organizer.

There are no fee for getting a UPBF Pro Card.

If you as an UPBF Pro dont compete in three years you will automatically be moved over to the category UPBF Pro legend.

UPBF rules for the BB contest

Prejudging:

Round 1: Symmetry (quarter turns)
Round 2: Muscularity and definition

Finals:

Round 3: Free posing.
Free posing is limited to two minute. All athletes will do this round.

Props are allowed to use under the free posing.

After the free posing will all competitors come back on stage where the final 10 athletes will be announced, the rest leaves the stage.
Places 7-10 will get their prices, and leave the stage. The final top 6 who will do quarter turns and muscularity round. Your free posing will play a factor in the finals sow make a good appearance for the judges and the audience.



UPBF rules for the Women\'s BB contest

Prejudging:

Round 1: Symmetry (quarter turns)
Round 2: Muscularity and definition

Finals:

Round 3: Free posing.

NEW! UPBF Fitness Beauty’s rules

Prejudging:

Round 1: Symmetry/muscle mass/ definition judged in quarter turns.
One-coloured bikinis, black. No shoes. The Judges will look after a more "bodyfitness" body.
Round one will be judged by bodybuilders and fitness judges.(this round countes 50%)

Round 2: Bathing suit like in the IFBB Bodyfitness. The bathing suit can be decorate with stones and pearls.Free choice of shoes.
Round two will be judged by stylists, fashion persons and judges from beauty contests. The girls will be judged fore their way they make oneself up, their looks. Like a beauty contest.(this round countes 25%)

Round 3: Evening dress. This is a round where the girls is judged for hers appearance and feminine look and like round two, fore their way they make oneself up, their looks. Like a beauty contest. Jewels is allowed. We recommend that the dress does not cover too much of the shoulders and legs.
Like round two, round three will be judged by stylists, fashion persons and judges from beauty contests. (this round countes 25%)
